To open an account on the fff platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date; providing false information may result in immediate account closure. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials secure, and any unauthorized access must be reported to fff immediately. fff may request necessary documentation for identity verification at any time, and failure to provide it within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.
All financial transactions on the fff platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be completed through approved payment channels, including local mobile banking methods. Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder; transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. Processing withdrawal requests may take a specified amount of time, and fff reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is complete. If any suspicious transaction or suspicion of money laundering arises, fff is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and subject the account to investigation. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined in accordance with the platform's guidelines and are subject to change.
Any form of fraud, use of bots, automated software, or system manipulation on the fff platform is strictly prohibited, and any such activity detected will result in permanent account closure. Harassment of other users, use of abusive language, or any form of misconduct is contrary to the platform's policies. Operating multiple accounts or placing artificial bets for the purpose of abusing promotional offers or bonuses is strictly prohibited. Any unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity deemed so by fff will be subject to investigation, and associated winnings may be voided if necessary. Taking advantage of any technical errors or incorrect odds on the platform is prohibited, and fff reserves the right to void transactions in such cases.
Fff is committed to protecting users' personal information, and collected data is used solely for platform operation, identity verification, and fulfillment of legal obligations. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties, though it may be provided in response to valid requests from legal authorities. Our full privacy policy is published separately and is considered an integral part of these terms and conditions. Users may submit data-related requests at any time, and fff is obligated to respond within a specified timeframe. Users may request to voluntarily close their account at any time, and fff will action this following the designated process. In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions, fff reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned, though it may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of the terms and conditions. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, fff may take action in accordance with its specific policies, and the user will be notified in advance. Relevant clauses of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
Fff provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and accepts limited liability for damages caused by technical disruptions, network issues, or third parties. Betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, and users participate entirely at their own responsibility. In the event of a dispute, an initial resolution attempt must be made through fff's customer service team, and both parties will endeavor to reach a settlement through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled under the applicable laws and judicial authorities of Bangladesh. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
